Submit a Maintenance Request
The care and maintenance of your rental property is very important to us. Please submit your maintenance request via your online tenant portal. Note that requests are reviewed Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., except for holidays. We will contact you within 48 hours of request receipt. Please do not email your maintenance requests. To expedite service please provide our staff or qualified vendors permission to access the property during normal business hours.
If you do not have your tenant portal login, please email firstname.lastname@example.org requesting an activation email be sent. If there is a real emergency, after hours or over the weekend, please submit a maintence request and call our emergency phone line to leave a message.
- Example of an essential service emergency: Major water leak, Loss of whole house heat, Loss of whole house electricity, an event threatening your health and safety.
- Example of non-essential service needs: Dryer stopped working, Dishwasher not working, isolated electrical circuit failure, sink or tub faucet dripping.
Alpine Property Management's resident repair policy is to restore "essential" services as soon as possible and all "non-essential" services within fourteen (14) days. Oregon Landlord/Tenant Statute ORS 90.360 states that "essential" services such as heat, water, electricity, range and refrigerator must be repaired within three (3) days and "non-essential" services within thirty (30) days.Log In
