Applicants must show identification that contains a photograph.
Rental history must be verifiable from unbiased/unrelated sources.
Applicants must provide us with the information necessary to contact past landlords. We reserve the right to deny an application if, after making a good faith effort, we are unable to verify prior rental history.
Exceptions may be made for applicants with qualified co-signers or increased deposits.
Individual monthly income shall be at least 2.5 times the rent (excluding utilities). (Combined income of roommates does not meet the qualification requirements)
Employment/Income resources must be verifiable.
A credit check/criminal/public records/eviction records check may be performed.
Derogatory reports, reference or credit, may result in denial of application.

We offer application forms to everyone who inquires about the rental.
We review completed applications in the order received.
We may require two (2) business days to verify information on an application.
If we are unable to verify information on an application the application may be denied.
Each occupant, 18 years of age and older, must submit an application along with the application fee of $35.00.
We will not review incomplete applications.
We will accept the first qualified applicant(s).
If authorized, an increase of $300 per pet is included with the security deposit.
